Clean place, staff was very polite and exceptionally nice. The location was great and the private parking was on site. You could walk to a grocery shop and a supermarket. We stayed here for 2 nights and liked the place.

The feria is a cozy hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. It's conveniently located near a gym and fitness center, just 100 metres away. I enjoyed my comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The receptionist was very helpful too.

Everything was simply perfect. Fairly clean hotel, enjoyed to be not far from the Esperanza metro station and a metro stop and the airport at about 3.30pm thanks to marvellous and exceptionally nice location. The room was spacious and offered a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. Exceptionally comfortable bed gave us a good nights sleep. The staff was very polite and amazingly nice, they showed us what great service is supposed to be like.

I stayed here for 3 nights as I wanted to catch a Real Madrid match. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my Queen Room, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The reception staff were truly exceptional, always eager to help, and their cheerful demeanor added to my experience. The location is a bit away from the city center, but the nearest metro station and supermarket are just a short walk away, which made getting around quite convenient.

I almost thought this hotel woudl be decent, but i couldn't over the breakfast disaster and the utterly rude wait staff. Waiting forever for a juice that only came as tap water was good. Isn't a complimentary drink standard for esteemed guests? I expected better after seeing such a nice reception. Clearly, they don't care about service quality.

Would recommend for overnight stay
Comfortable bed, excellent location near the metro, where I found it easy to access the city center and nearby grocery stores, despite the hotel being a bit quiet and tucked away in a residential area.
